 'We understand this can be a worrying time for everybody and it is important that we all continue to develop our resilience and support each other over the coming weeks/months'.  A lot of changes have happened very quickly and this can cause us to become anxious and possibly feel overwhelmed.  We have created some resources that you might find useful to help support your child develop a better understanding, focus on developing mindfulness and retaining a sense of calm.  There is also a Parent section too for advice on how to support the whole family.'
