'Although we are slowing returning to a sense of normality, this can still be a worrying time for some of us and it is important that we all continue to develop our resilience and support each other.  Our personal experiences, and the uncertainty for the future, can cause us to become anxious and possibly feel overwhelmed.  We have created some resources that you might find useful to help support your child focus on developing mindfulness and retaining a sense of calm.  There is also a Parent section too for advice on how to support the whole family.'
