Lunchtime

Time for lunch! You could help cook your lunch or get things ready if your grown up thinks you can do it safely. After you have eaten, see if you can tidy all your things away just like you do at school!

Then have some time to relax, ask your grown ups what will fit in with your family life!

2.00 - If you are able to, join all our teachers and the children in school for a teams call!

Collective Worship

Look at the story 'We're going on a bear hunt' by Michael Rosen, you can watch it here: 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt' by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury - YouTube

The story of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt teaches us many things, like how it feels to get outside, enjoy the great outdoors and have adventures with our families and friends. But the most important thing we learn is how to deal with problems when they happen.

In the story, whenever the group come across a problem that stops them from trying to find the bear, they say, ‘We can’t go over it. We can’t go under it. Oh, no! We’ve got to go through it!’

We can’t go over it. We can’t go under it. Oh, no! We’ve got to go through it!’ Let’s always talk to our friends, family or teachers because they will help us with problems.

It is always best to share a problem. If you are struggling with anything at all talk to someone if there is something they need help with.

Prayer
Dear God,
Thank you for authors who write amazing books.
We pray that when any of us have problems, we will seek help.
Thank you that we have friends, family and teachers who are always there when we need help.
Amen.
