Log onto our teams call at 9am ready to hear the plan for the day. 

Century Tech:

Log on to Century Tech and complete your assignment for today: 'Y6 SPaG 8.2.21'.  There are two nuggets today: one on Punctuation with inverted commas and one on the Past Perfect tense.  Both of these will be useful for your newspaper writing this week so please repeat them if you score <80%...

Maths:  

For today's maths, there are three different levelled videos, each with tasks to complete and mark while you watch.  After that, you may choose your level of challenge from Paddling, Snorkelling and Diving practice.

Don't forget - if you find the video for Paddling too easy, you can also watch the Snorkelling one and if you start with Diving, but it's too difficult, then swap to a different one. 

Writing:

Watch Mrs Mistry's video explaining how to write the first paragraph of the Newspaper report. Please make sure you have pen and paper handy as you will be writing at the same time as the video. Don't forget to use your plan to help you.

Reading:

Please read the Space reading booklet and complete the comprehension about it.

Remember:

1) highlight the key parts of the question

2) check you've actually answered the question

3) use evidence from the text

Save your answers until tomorrow, when we will mark it.
