Description of Service

We offer after school care for children from Reception age up to 11 years who currently attend Binfield Church of England Primary School. ASC runs after school in term-time only. Upon arrival, a fruit snack is provided as well as a light tea later on, both are included in the session fees. 

ASC runs every school day from 3:20pm – 6:00pm, providing children with a fun, friendly and caring environment to enjoy after the school day.

There’s plenty to look forward to, including:

· Exciting themed nights

· Fun activities, games and crafts

· A yummy freshly prepared tea

· Lots of fun, friendship and care from our fantastic ASC team

Sessions are £16 per evening, and children can be collected at any time before 6:00pm

Registration

A registration form must be completed online for all children before they attend ASC for the first time. Please click here to complete a registration form (one per child).

If your child is in early years or might feel anxious about joining the provision please email us to arrange a phone call with a member of the team so we can meet your child's needs. Tours can be arranged so please ask for more details.  Please email ASCadmin@binfieldschool.com to discuss your requirements as you are unable to book these directly. 

Fees

The cost of each session is £16 per child and is due immediately at the time of booking (via Schoolgateway).

ASC payment by childcare vouchers

Payment can be made for After School club using  Tax-free childcare vouchers. To arrange this please email finance@binfieldschool.com clearly stating your child’s name and class.  

 

Collecion of Children

If your child is to be collected by anyone other than the parent/carer or the authorised person/s as stated on your registration form, the school must be informed by emailing ASCadmin@binfieldschool.com, by 12 noon. After 12 noon parents/carers must notify by calling the school number 01344 860106 selecting option 5. All children must be collected by 6pm.
