Handwriting
The handwriting is to be completed at a convenient time during the day.
Spelling
Watch the Read, Write, inc Spellings video which introduces Unit 3 words. Write the rules down and practise the spellings, by asking someone at home if they can test you.
Guided Reading
Read the task and make sure you have read chapters 7 and 8.
English
Watch the video first before attempting the task. Your tasks are split into 2.
Task 1
Read the poem 'The Cave of Curiosity' by Pie Corbett and see if you can annotate the poem.
Task 2-
See if you can select 4 different words or phrases that you would like to use in your poem. The list below is to remind you of the literary devices that we have learnt about last week.

First, watch Video 1 and complete the starter activities. The starter activities are on the subject of column multiplication.
When you have finished, you can check your answers.
Then, watch Video 2 and complete the activity about dividing by 10, 100 and 1000.
