Medical Care Plans:
Short Term Care Plans must be completed if your child has a short term medical condition which needs special consideration, for example a broken arm. Any child with a broken bone, or another medical condition that prevents them from participating in P.E. will be unable to go outside at break and lunchtimes.
Long Term Care Plans must be completed if your child has an on-going medical condition such as asthma or allergies which requires them to have emergency medication on them in school. If your child requires emergency medication in school and you do not wish your child to carry it, we require you to complete a medical disclaimer letter (please go to the school office for a copy of this letter).
Reducing the spread of infection can be helped by remembering
‘Catch It, Bin It, Kill It”
1) Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, using a disposable paper tissue when possible;
2) Dispose of dirty tissues promptly and carefully;
3) Wash your hands frequently with soap and water and clean hard surfaces (such as door handles) frequently using a normal cleaning product to kill the virus.
We will publish updates here as we receive them from the Government regarding the medical health of your child:
